Converting a job interview is a make or break situation in everyones career. In an interview you are not just tested on the knowledge you carry but it is also the overall personality of the candidate that matters.
Believe it or not, in the end it is the interviewers perception about you. Finally it ends up to whether the candidate will fit in team and organization culture or not, ofcourse with minimum benchmark of knowledge which is expected.
So how do you win interviewers trust? There are couple of ways that you can win it through. Give them an anchor to talk about. The anchor could be the story of how you came out as a winner in life or corporate situation, it could be hobby or life incident, whatever that portrays and tells out your personality.
Also it is very important to be honest and be humble about it. It is always a good sign if you accept humbly for the answer you dont know!
Keep the conversations very crisp and to the point. Do not bore them with extra sentences and speaking just for the sake of speaking. Be interesting in your stories, this will show how interesting a person you are.
In the end, do not fake it. Dont fake your accent, your personality, your CV, your skills! Be honest and completely a true person. If you are a fit then you are a fit, if you arent then something suitable is still waiting for you.
